2018 Pinot Gris Willamette Valley
Fruit from Wild Winds and Walnut Ridge vineyards. Flavors and aromas of fall apple, pear and pie spice finish with a little racy citrus. Fresh, bright fruit with mineral complexity. Fermented in neutral oak or stainless steel; some whole cluster press, some destemmed; minimal sulfur additions; long, cool fermentation; lees stirred and then left in barrels; full malolactic fermentation.
Dr. Hans Von Muller 2019 Riesling QBA
This is a well balanced medium bodied Riesling. It is forward fruit with floral aromas of apples and peaches with just a hint of citrus, the wine’s natural acidity gives it a perfect balance that is refreshingly crisp. It pair very well with white fish, chicken or any spicy food.. The aroma is very fruity and the finish is semi-dry.
Caboche 2020 Rose
30% Carignan 70% Grenache
On the nose, pleasant red fruit aromas and hints of grenadine. It’s very powerful and fresh. The mouth is creamy and sweet, with a nice tangy support, tinted with redcurrant and fresh raspberry.
Monte Degli 2019 Pinot Noir 91 Pts James Suckling
Italy, this well-made Italian Pinot has red and black fruit flavors with hints of vanilla, chocolate and purple flowers. Quite complex and long for the price, this is smooth, ripe and supple. Made by two quality-driven brothers, Antonio and Paolo Sperone, who also produce delicious, well-priced Barolo which we also carry. Serve with grilled tuna, roasted chicken, lamb, or with light pasta dishes, especially topped with shrimp and plum tomatoes.
Chateau Bourdieu #1 Cotes de Blayes
95 Pts Decanter Magazine
Pristine definition of pure and driving damson, cherry and plum, with understated vanilla oak. Deep and long, the palate reveals a cascade of fleshy black fruits over ripe, fine-grained tannins and fruit-bonded acidity. Lovely stuff.
