The Donkey continues its reign as the repository for the most widely imaginable blend this side of Mississipitucky. A witch-brew cellar blend that we produced as a doff of the hat to the cellar rats that lurk in the deep dark shadows of the barrel room. This vintage is a donkey-kick full of Petit Verdot, Mourvèdre,Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet. Dry like a lakebed, but pruney and supple like a grandmother’s kiss, this vintage gets tattooed all over the flanks as the donkey gets down and dirty.
