Followers of the Boise beer scene have probably seen E9 Brewing pop up a lot lately. This Tacoma brewery is a relative newcomer to the market but they are bringing a lot of quality product to the market and The Cloak of Feathers is no different.

It starts with orange peel, pineapple and mango notes on the aroma. It pours bright straw colored with only a slight haze. The tropical fruit and piny flavors really pop against the light malt backbone for a complex, drinkable and refreshing IPA.
