Description
This strange style of beer was all but dead and forgotten. Long since a memory in it’s native home of Leipzig, Germany, the gose (pronounced goz or go-sah) had to wait for the craft beer revolution to reawaken. And one of the first breweries to experiment with this style was a brewery in the obscure Northern California town of Boonsville.
The beer is lightly tart with lemony, sour apple flavors and a slight hint of salt. Add a generous amount of blood oranges and you have a citrus thirst quencher that is sure to delight.
